Our Journey
Istidamah Medical Laboratories, originally founded under the name Consulting Medical Laboratories in 1981, officially opened its first branch in Jabal Al-Hussein in 1984 under the leadership of Dr. Hani Barakat.
That same year, the laboratory joined both local and international quality control programs, marking the beginning of its continuous commitment to excellence and reliability.
In 1997, the field of Molecular Biology was introduced, paving the way for advanced diagnostic capabilities.
By 2005, the laboratory became one of the first accredited training centers in Jordan, providing hands-on experience for new laboratory specialists.
The range of services expanded in 2011 to include hormonal and specialized tests, followed by the establishment of a dedicated Molecular Department in 2021 at the Jabal Al-Hussein branch.
In 2018, the laboratory integrated an automated digital reporting system to ensure faster and more accurate result delivery, minimizing human error. The barcode system was also introduced to enhance specimen tracking and traceability.
Reflecting its commitment to sustainability and innovation, the name was officially changed to Istidamah Medical Laboratories in 2020—symbolizing continuous progress and dependable care.

My journey into health coaching began with a personal quest for well-being, which ignited a deep desire to help others find their path to health.
